An hour I can't get back.

So I totally didn't know you can upload your videos straight from blogger. I just wasted an hour messing with google video.

Anyway... Here is a video of Peter and Abby playing at FAO Swartz in NYC. They had so much fun. Abby was in heaven all day with Babies and barbies, and Peter was obviosly with the trains.

Just in case anyone wondered Peter loves riding the subway. He keeps asking to ride again, but sorry Pete, no subway in Utah. He was totally rockin' out with some guy singing. I swear he just started break dancing, I missed the best part with the video. I was totally shocked, and a little grossed out that he was touching the dirtiest ground on earth.

American Girl Tea

Abby and I went to Tea at the American girl Store with Grandma. This is Abby feeding her Bitty Baby. Abby was hillarious! She loves her baby, and she loved tea. I was worried she was too young, but she really got into feeding her baby. She kept holding her little cup up and saying, "Tea." Then we filled it with pink lemonade. She was also very excited about the shoes for the baby. We have entered a whole new realm!

I have lots of pictures to come, but I have had some problems connecting to the internet.

Peter finally met his cousin Emily. There was some confusion when she was born. He thought He was related to Emily the train. He seems pretty comfortable with the idea that there are two Emilys, and he seems to like both of them.

Abby woke up with this wild hair. I think she had a pretty wild night. She got her first deep conditioning.

Millions of Peaches

So I love peaches! I have gone a little nuts lately with picking and canning peaches. It somehow makes me feel like I am connecting with my people. I thought I was done until I started reading the book club book, The Secret life of Bees. I started reading and couldn't help myself, so I went for my third round of canning peaches. I should have kept reading to discover what I really want to do is keep bees and can honey. I have canned nearly 70 jars of peaches. and the freezer is full of peach and peach rasberry jam. Anyway, it all made me think of a song I was introduced to at soccer camp. I still like it and I hope you do too. Oh, by the way, my peaches do not come in a can!

Today we went and had the kids pictures taken. I was actually shocked at how well they came out given what Peter gave him to work with. The photographer was incredibly patient, and said to Peter, "You're 2 aren't you?" Yeah!!!!I
